Our Work

JPTP is our flagship program. It can reach up to 160 hours training hours. This program equips youth with the tools they need to secure full-time employment. It focuses on work readiness skills, which are soft and technical in nature. We have trained youth in various sectors such as ICT, health, retail, hospitality, beauty, and automotive, among others.

This program aims to provide students in their final academic years and recent graduates with the essential skills to secure employment opportunities. The Career Directions Program represents an initiative by Education for Employment-Egypt to address the issue of unemployment proactively. The training encompasses job interview techniques, resume writing, crafting effective cover letters, and, finally, job search skills.

Youth learn business and marketing skills necessary to launch and run micro and small businesses. Trainees are often linked to startup support after graduation.
